Best Gaming Mouse 2010

We picked the mice we evaluated in best gaming mouse 2010 based both on their good critical reviews and positive user reviews. The mice reviewed here have different pros and cons, but you should be able to find something which satisfies your requirements and your pocket.

What makes a gaming mouse different from a normal mouse is that it needs to quickly and precisely relay your user input for your personal computer, it needs to be customizable to your preferences and it needs to feel and look good.

Razer Naga

This mouse is our first pick as: best mouse for gaming 2010.

In the past, I’ve tried quite a few mice. Many of them were uncomfortable, difficult to use, and generally not able to fill my needs. However, the Razer Naga changed all of that. The first time I tried it I was very happy with it.

The Naga offers four unique features that I found particularly useful. To start with, it looks and feels great. The sides are of a glossy feel with rubber at the top. The experience is natural and smooth in my hand.

Secondly, the 12-button keypad is both functional and well-designed. Once I clicked the buttons, I could feel that they where being clicked.

Third, the mouse has blue lights which are eye-catching and sleek.

4th, the compact design is perfect for my desk. The Naga is so small that its operations are smoother than any other mouse I’ve used previously. This really is a handy tool.

Razer Deathadder 3500 High Precision

While the Naga is complicated and potent, the Deathadder is straightforward accurate and cheap.

This mouse is great value for money. The left/right buttons on the mouse are perfect, just sensitive enough. When I rest my hand on the mouse, it’s comfortable. Also, the Deathadder moves with only slight pressure. That is ideal for when I am gaming online. The cord is significantly superior to what I have used previously as well. The software that comes with the mouse enables you to adjust the movement rate of the pointer. This is so much more advanced than mice from a couple of years ago.

Overall, I could not be more pleased with the Deathadder. This product provides comfort, control, and precision, which are all of the features a mouse needs.

Razer Vespula

It is not worth owning a good mouse then using it on a cheap mouse pad.

The Razer Vespula is a plastic-type mouse pad. I was hesitant at first, but once I started using it, I could not have been more satisfied. To improve the control this pad gives you they made it very thin, it’s significantly better compared to the much softer mouse pads I had in the past. The Vespula is quiet, and it remains firmly in-place on my desk. The Vespula has a speed side and if you flip it over a control side. This helps me with the games I play, I favor the speed side for less complicated movement. This is a top quality mouse pad with many great features.

Logitech G9X Laser Mouse

The G9X is the mouse I recommend for people who both game and do work with their mouse.

The first standout features of the G9X are the interchangeable grips. Owners can opt for supreme comfort or great fingertip control. This is particularly useful when changing between computer tasks. Many users alternate between work and game play, so they use both grips.

The on-board storage is the next feature of note. Users can save as many as 5 profiles, each with a different LED color, so you can quickly distinguish between them. What this means is if the mouse is used on a different PC, the mouse settings are automatically loaded without using software.

The G9X is as high-tech as it’s functional. This is a great mouse for all those personal computer users.

Logitech G500 Gaming Mouse

Some gamers find the shape of the G500 to be great. Your palm rests very comfortably on it.

All buttons are right when you need it, including the scroll wheel that pushes left or right. The hyper scrolling is ideal for web surfing. The shape of the G500 is perfect, with textured sides and nice contouring. Your ring finger has a good place to rest, and the palm grip is powerful and feels natural. Free mode and click mode can be used interchangeably, based upon what you will be doing.

The performance of the G500 is second to none. Users also have greater control over the mouse, which provides greater gaming capabilities. A very nice mouse for that price.

I hope you found the right mouse for your needs in best gaming mouse 2010. You might also enjoy reading gaming mouse review 2010.
